Welcome to the official artnexus store — Latin America's leading art magazine since 1976. Here you will find multiple editions by regional artists, publications, digital magazines and other art-related products. Below we explain how the purchase process works, the artwork reservation system, international shipping and our return policy.

1. Purchase Process

Buying at artnexus is straightforward. Follow these steps to complete your order:

  1. Product selection: Browse the catalog and add products to your cart. For artist multiple editions, adding a piece automatically activates a 20-minute temporary hold that guarantees its exclusive availability for you.
  2. Cart review: Access your cart via the floating button or the navigation menu. You will see your order summary with a countdown timer for reserved artworks. If the time expires before completing payment, the hold is released and the artwork becomes available again.
  3. Payment type for multiple editions: When proceeding to checkout you can choose between full payment (100% of the price) or reservation (50% of the price). With a reservation you secure the artwork, and we coordinate the remaining balance payment and delivery with you directly.
  4. Shipping and payment details: Enter your shipping address for physical products (not required for digital content). Payment is processed securely through Stripe with credit or debit card. If you have a discount coupon, you can apply it on this screen.
  5. Confirmation: After completing payment you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. For multiple edition reservations, our team will contact you to coordinate the remaining balance and delivery logistics.

All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD). You can check the status of your orders and active reservations at any time from the «My purchases» section in your user profile.

2. Shipping

Physical products (multiple editions, books and printed publications) ship internationally. Digital content (digital magazines and subscriptions) is available immediately in your account after purchase, with no shipping required.

2.1. Standard shipping

Estimated time: 7-15 business days depending on destination country.
Cost: calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country.

2.2. Express shipping

Estimated time: 3-5 business days depending on destination country.
Cost: calculated at checkout. Available for selected destinations.

2.3. Artworks — special coordination

Artist multiple editions require specialized packaging and direct coordination with the buyer to ensure the integrity of the piece during transport.
Shipping cost and timeline are agreed individually between artnexus and the buyer once the reservation or full payment is confirmed.

3. Taxes and Customs

Prices on artnexus.com are expressed in USD and do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes at the destination country. Such charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and vary according to the fiscal legislation of each country.

For shipments to countries with restrictions on the import of cultural goods or artworks, the buyer is responsible for verifying applicable local regulations before purchasing. artnexus will provide the necessary documentation of origin for customs procedures when required.

4. Return Policy

At artnexus we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy distinguishes between physical products, artworks and digital content:

4.1. Return period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return for physical products (publications, books and similar items). To start the process, contact our team through the contact form available on the website.

4.2. Return conditions

Products must be in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. Artist multiple editions are not eligible for ordinary returns except in cases of documented manufacturing defects or shipping errors, given their artistic and limited-edition nature. Digital content (magazines and subscriptions) cannot be returned once access has been activated.

4.3. Refund

Once the return is verified, we will process the refund via the same payment method used (Stripe/card) within 7-14 business days. For partial reservations (50%), the refund corresponds to the amount actually charged.

4.4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of defective product or error attributable to artnexus, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Authenticity and Guarantee

All multiple editions sold through artnexus come with a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist or the representing gallery. Publications and editorial products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you receive a product in poor condition, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the packaging and the product.
