1. Purchase Process

Making a purchase in our online store is very simple. Follow these steps to complete your order:

  1. Product selection: Browse our catalog and add desired products to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.
  2. Cart review: Once you have selected all products, click on the cart icon located in the upper right part of the page to review your order.
  3. Payment process: Click "Proceed to payment" and follow the instructions to enter your shipping and billing information.
  4. Payment method: Choose your preferred payment method from the available options (credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer).
  5. Confirmation: Review all information and click "Confirm order" to finalize your purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can track the status of your purchase through your user account on our website.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with various courier companies to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

2.1. Standard shipping

Delivery time: 3-5 business days.
Cost: €6 for orders under €50. Free shipping for orders over €50 within peninsular Spain.

2.2. Express shipping

Delivery time: 24-48 business hours.
Cost: €12 regardless of order amount.

2.3. International shipping

Delivery time: 5-10 business days depending on destination country.
Cost: Varies according to destination country and package weight. The exact amount will be calculated during the purchase process.

3. Taxes and Fees

All prices shown on our website include the corresponding VAT according to current Spanish legislation (21% general). For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs fees may apply which will be borne by the buyer.

In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, prices do not include the corresponding IGIC or IPSI, which must be paid by the customer upon receiving the order according to the tax regulations of these regions.

4. Return Policy

At Artnexus we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a flexible return policy:

4.1. Return period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return. To do so, you must notify us of your intention to return the product through our contact form or by sending an email to devoluciones@artnexus.es.

4.2. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, products must be in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. Returns of personalized products will not be accepted, except if they have manufacturing defects.

4.3. Refund

Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used in the purchase. The approximate time to receive the refund is 7-14 business days.

4.4. Return costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in case of defective products or shipping errors, in which case Artnexus will assume such costs.

5. Product Warranty

All our products have a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with Spanish legislation. This warranty covers manufacturing or operation defects, but does not include damage caused by inappropriate use, normal wear or accidents.
