At Art Nexus we value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it when you browse our magazine, the Art Guide, the Exhibitions Room, the Art Nexus Foundation or the Store, and when you create an account with us.
We collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address and password when you create an account or sign in (including signing in with Google); your shipping address, phone number and billing details when you make a purchase in the Store or subscribe to the magazine; and the messages you send us through our contact form or the Foundation's documentation center. We also collect information automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, and — only if you give us your explicit permission — your approximate location to show you nearby galleries, museums and fairs in the Guide.
We use your data to create and manage your account; process your purchases, magazine subscriptions and donations to the Foundation; arrange product shipping and keep you informed about your order status; personalize results in the Guide and the Exhibitions Room; send you newsletters and updates when you subscribe; respond to your support requests; and improve our content and services through aggregated usage analytics. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored on servers with access controls and encryption in transit. Payments made in the Store are processed by certified external payment gateways; Art Nexus does not store your full card numbers. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.
You may request access to, correction, update or deletion of your personal data at any time, object to its processing, or request data portability, by writing to info@artnexus.com. If you delete your account, we will only retain the information the law requires us to keep, for example purchase records for accounting purposes.
We use our own and third-party cookies, including Google Tag Manager and analytics tools, to remember your session, measure site usage and display relevant advertising in our sponsored spaces. You can manage or disable cookies from your browser settings; keep in mind that some features, such as staying signed in or your shopping cart, may stop working correctly.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. We will post any changes on this page along with the date of the last update; if the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a visible notice on the site.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or about how we handle your data, you can write to us at info@artnexus.com or through our contact form at artnexus.com/contacto.
