Haim Chanin Fine Arts Gallery ,a new space for the arts, has opened to the public on February 9 2002. Located in Chelsea in the city of New York, it has as one of its goals to show European as well as Latin American artists within the art world of the Big Apple. Directed by Dominique Chanin, an art dealer, the new space has started its exhibitions program with a show of the Spanish artist Soledad Sevilla. In its calendar of exhibitions for this year there are shows of Roberto Matta from Chile, Agustín Cardenas from Cuba and Jorge Oteiza from Spain. Located in 210 11th Avenue, in the heart of the arts district of Chelsea, it is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.
