Description

The Museum of Contemporary Art, formerly called the Municipal Museum of Contemporary Art, is located in the central district of the Spanish capital, Conde Duque Street. It is located on the premises of the Cuartel del Conde-Duque building, built by the architect Pedro de Ribera in Baroque style. The museum, which opened in November 2001, has been closed since 2010. On February 3, 2015, two of its rooms were opened to the public.
