Conexión Colombia Auction

The third edition of the Conexión Colombia ¿Arte Por Una Causa¿ Auction will take place on September 29 in Bogota. The event will be held at the Centro de Convenciones AR, Calle 113 #7-80 in Bogota. Participants may bid for artworks by around 70 artists, including Darío Escobar, Fanny Sanín, Miguel Ángel Rojas, Carlos Salas, Nadín Ospina, Edgar Negret, Miler Lagos, Ana Mercedes Hoyos, Carmen Herrera, Carlos Cruz-Díez, and Fernando Botero, among others. Conexión Colombia, Ana Sokoloff of Sokoloff + Asociados, llc, and María Victoria Estrada are responsible for the general management and coordination of the project. The funds generated by the auction will serve to support social programs promoted by the Conexión Colombia Foundation at the national level, by the Carla Cristina Foundation in Medellin, and by the Notas Foundation in Cali.
