12th International Call

The call by the Luis Adelantado Gallery is now open. It is aimed at national and international young creators between the ages of 24 and 36 years who are professionals in the process of maturing their artistic discourses and in the ways to develop these, and who have the ability and knowledge to face their projects with clarity and consistency. The goal of the call is to establish a real connection with what young international artists are currently creating, while also presenting these with the opportunity to showcase their works in a professional environment that generates a collaborative ¿ and hopefully continuous ¿ relationship between the artists and the Gallery. Artists interested in participating must submit an A4-size dossier that includes recent works, or a CD with jpg or pdf images that can be shown on a screen. Participants should also include an updated printed CV, and the application form properly filled out. Actual artworks or additional unrequested material will not be accepted. The artist¿s name must be written on the CDs. No adhesives or glued paper should be on the CD in order to prevent CD malfunction. The images will be seen on a monitor (MAC or PC); thus, they not need to be high-resolution images. Information sent through email will not be accepted. All applications must be submitted by May 30, 2010.
