Tate Gallery launches a new journal and a guide to report what is happening in the institution.

The journal TATE ETC. will be published quarterly as a visual arts publication with the Tate as its main point of reference. It will carry articles by a large variety of writers inside and outside the visual-arts world, and it will give a space to artists as well. With a global vision, the publication will deal with modern and contemporary historical topics. TATE ETC. will be edited by Bice Curiger and Simon Grant. Curiger is the founder of Parkett art magazine and a curator with the Zürich Kunsthaus, while Grant worked as an editorial contributor to Modern Painters and other art publications. TATE ETC. will be complemented by a bi-monthly guide to the shows at Tate¿s four galleries, and the activities and events at Tate Britain and Tate Modern.
