Mi name is Guillermo Cárdenas Fischer, I am a Colombian artist and I am currently doing a doctorate in art in painting in the Sydney College of the Arts in Sydney, Australia. The motive of this letter is to ask you if you were aware of what happened during the ¿Oscar Cauduro First Biennial of Drawing¿, which took place in Tijuana, Mexico. This biennial was to have the participation of artists from all over Latin America, with the small inconvenience that when it ended, our works were not returned, nor our mails replied to.
