¿I define myself as an eclectic because my work has a twofold nature. On the one hand, it is figurative because in general people can approach it without obstacles and, on the other hand, I would say it pertains to the nature of subjective expressionism, because it is intimate, its approach invites us to find details on a close observation.¿ ¿
¿Let´s assume that art finds inspiration either in nature or in another work, there is no other option, and I´m interested in ambiguity to investigate the form. Harmony, rythm, balance, composition, chiaroscuro, contours.¿ ...
¿I´ve painted for many years. It was a process. While painting, one is relatively conscious, there are certain moments when one applies color but results are not good ¿ painting is a constant remaking and pure emotion.¿
¿Sculpture offers other ways. What´s up there flies, but what´s down here ¿ Painting is freer, sculpture is more physical. And the medium also imposes its rules and gives us the opportunity to perform a formal search."
