1972 | He was born in Montevideo where he lives and works.
¿Since 1999, I began to consolidate the possibility of relating the first architectonic and urban curiosities to different languages for representation. Graphics, drawing, and eventually photography together with the audiovisual activity were the means that finally shook the comfortable academic structure I have been part of since those years.
I¿m involved in parallel investigations that seek to observe and understand human phenomena in the contemporary territory we live in.
I¿m obsessed by ambiguities inherent to the human being in this territory. Both the active subject ¿made of fiction¿, of simulation, and the human being that is an object of attention. The camera is among them and not outside. Reality and fiction are brought to life by the experience, while the contemporary territory is an accomplice.¿
