Ruby Rumie, Epifanio Garay Medal

Ruby Rumie was awarded the Epifanio Garay Medal at the Palacio de las Artes del Complejo Universitario Unibac, during the XIV Festival of the Arts organized by the Institución Universitaria Bellas Artes y Ciencias de Bolívar, by the rector Sacra Náder David, the highest award given by the institution.
Ruby Rumie has been recognized for her outstanding artistic career as a painter, sculptor, and photographer interested in contemporary social phenomena, contributing to the education of artists in the region, with wide international recognition.
