Engraving Prize

The Centro Torrente Ballester invites artists from around the world to participate in the XXI Máximo Ramos Engraving Prize, a competition aimed at promoting graphic art from a current perspective that questions the opposition between individual and multiple works, differing processes, and direct ones. The call is open to all traditional or experimental graphic techniques, including digital ones, and they can be combined (intervened) with resources such as direct drawing or any other process (monotype). Polyptychs, numbered works, or variations are allowed. There will be a single prize of 7,000 Euros. The works must be submitted to the CTB before June 25, 2010.
