Descubrimientos PHE, a professional platform which has already attracted over 3,000 photographers from over 40 countries, promotes emerging talents on the national and international photography scenes. PHotoEspaña, in association with the AECID (Spain¿s international aid and development agency), now presents two new portfolio reviews at the Centro Cultural de España in Lima and Mexico City Deadline : 11 January 2009 Thirty-four international experts, including the MoMA photography conservator Susan Kismaric, the New York Times Magazine photography editor Kathy Ryan, and the director of the Museu Berardo in Lisbon, Jean-François Chougnet, will review the best competition entries.
