Untitled Document Philippe Dodard was born in the Capital of Haiti, Port-au-Prince in 1954. In 1970 he joined the school of art "Poto-Mitan"under the direction of Jean-Claude Garoute, Patrick Vilaire and Frido Casimir. In 1973 Philippe Dodard entered the academy of "Beaux-Arts". Five years later, in 1978, he traveled to France where he specialized in graphic pedagogic at the international school of Bordeaux.
