Pasajero Cultural (Cultural Passenger): An Exchange between Tenerife and Miami

Pasajero Cultural (Cultural Passenger) is the product of the union of three non-profit foundations, with the support of the Chamber of Commerce of Tenerife and designed to promote intercultural dialogue, trade and tourism between Tenerife and Miami. According to the critic and semiologist from the Canary Islands and Director of Pasajero Cultural (Cultural Passenger), Roc Laseca: "Designing the culture as a vehicle for dialogue means to open markets and closer links with professionals from related fields to help tie the business flows at both sides of the Atlantic." The exhibit room Art Vision is featuring through July 28 the first art show presented by the international brand Pasajero Cultural (Cultural Passenger), a safe passage created in order to maximize the artistic resources at the two sides of the Atlantic: Tenerife and Miami. The first exhibition of the brand was inaugurated under the same title on June 25 in Exhibit Room located on 1000 Brickell with a group show integrated by four artists from Tenerife, intentionally displaced for the occasion. The aesthetic and experience of the journey have planted the seed, inspiring this art show that is integrated by a total of three large format canvases (Luis Kerch), a photographic installation and puzzles (Claudio A. Marrero), and an ephemeral installation designed ex nihilo for this space and made from tape on the wall (Beatriz Lecuona and Oscar Hernández).
