1951 Milton Becerra was born in Colon, Tachira, Venezuela.
1967 - 1972 Studies Fine Art at School of Arts Plastics "CRISTOBAL ROJAS" in Caracas.
1972 - 1980 He participated in the workshop of Carlos Cruz Diez - Caracas.
1973 - 1974 Studies Photography in " Photo Expression " whit professor Edgar Querubini.
1977 Studies Fine Arts in University Central de Venezuela - Caracas.
1978 He participated in the workshop of Jesus Soto - Caracas.
1979 Studies Photography at University Central de Venezuela whit Carlos Herrera - Caracas.
1980 Size Lives and Works in Paris and Travel Regularly to Venezuela.
