He studied architecture in the Universidad Central of Venezuela, from 1979 to 1983. From 1988 to 1989 worked in the Studio of sculptor, Luciano Ceschia in Udine, Italy. Previously he had worked as a model making for the sculptor Alejandro Otero from 1985 to 1988.
