Itau Cultural in Brazil: Call for artists

The Brazilian Cultural Center, Itau Cultural, which bears the namesake as the bank that sponsors it, has launched: "Art Action as Breath: multiple emergency calls." The series of calls intend to finance Brazilian artists who have been unable to carry out their activities because of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The first call is geared towards the performing arts, the second to music; this call is currently underway for deaf and hearing-impaired artists who changed their routine due to COVID-19 and the resulting social suspension.
Visual arts and photography are included in the same call. One hundred twenty projects will be selected, of which eighty will be for visual arts and forty for photography—selected by the visual arts teams, the collection, and the communication team of Itau Cultural.
Each one of the selected projects will receive U$ 3,000 reais (US $ 500 approximately) as compensation for the copyrights of the work. Selected projects will be announced by email on May 18th.
In addition to the calls, Itau Cultural carries out an extensive free program of art history classes and online entertainment for different ages and in all artistic areas.
