Dedicated to the comprehensive care of children with HIV/AIDS, the Fundación Planeta Amor will present on March 26 at 7pm at El Nogal Club, in Bogota, the third edition of "The Art of Giving" Auction. The purpose of the event is to shed light on this cause and to find resources that allow the foundation to continue offering its program of protection for children with HIV/AIDS. The total value of the works auctioned exceeds 600 million Colombian pesos. The event will auction 60 lots of works by artists like Antonio Barrera, Ana Mercedes Hoyos, Beatriz González, Freda Sargent, Wilfredo Lam, León Trujillo, Luis Luna, Jaime Arango, Catalina Mejía, and Pedro Ruiz, among others. During the evening event, a graphic work by Henry Matisse-created in 1950 and acquired from the Louvre Museum-will also be auctioned alongside works by emerging Colombian artists like Mosseri, Máximo Flórez, Catalina Cabrera, Isabella Caicedo, and María Fernanda Vallejo, among others.
