The exhibition entitled La Revelación del Tiempo (The Revelation of Time) by English artist Hannah Collins, opened on September 16 at the Museo de Arte of the Universidad Nacional. It showcases six projects that-through photography and the moving image¿inquire about the effect of postmodernity in the spaces and in the persons that inhabit these. The exhibition consists of six audiovisual installations that where adapted to the exhibition spaces at the Museo de Arte. Some works contain five or six simultaneous projections. The videos were recorded in various formats and embody one of the central aspects of Collins's work: to approach the details of the space from a panoramic perspective. The exhibition-which will remain open until November 27-was organized by the Universidad Nacional and produced by the Fundación La Caixa, in collaboration with the Museo de Arte of the Dirección Nacional de Divulgación Cultural at the Universidad Nacional. Hannah Collins was born in London in 1956. She began her career as a sculptor and painter. Her interest in the space eventually led her to delve into the world of photography. She moved to Barcelona during the 1980s, where she currently lives and works.
