Technical interventions on cultural patrimony. Will support restoration, consolidation or first aid projects focused on the preservation of: Movable Heritage and Immovable Heritage 2. Formulation of action plans: Subjected to the availability of resources, the foundation will partially or fully support the formulation of action or museological plans for the conservation and sustainability of Colombia's movable and/or immovable cultural heritage. Proposals must take into account Law 1185 of 2018 and the Regulatory Decree 763 of 2009. Requirements: 1.For the intervention modality: a.In the case of Movable Heritage projects, the foundation will favor those proposals that include an action plan that guarantees the appropriate technical conditions for its conservation once the intervention has been performed. Priority will be given to works exhibited in spaces for the use and enjoyment of the public. b.In the case of Immovable Heritage projects, the foundation will favor projects framed by long term action plans that contemplate the intervention, protection, and sustainability of the immovable works and guarantee their enjoyment by the communities that contain them. c.First Aid projects: must submit in a preliminary technical concept issued by a competent entity in the field of restoration, or by an expert in restoration themes, able to establish the immediate necessary action for the conservation of the work. 2.For the modality of Formulation of Special Action Plans and Museological Plans: a.In the case of Movable Heritage projects, support will be given to the formulation of Special Action Plans for private or public collections or for Monuments in Public Spaces. Grant Allocations: The winning projects will be chosen by the foundation's board of directors, with the support of a team of experts, in the month of March, 2018. The foundation will give up to eight grants—as long as none of the eight projects require more than 100 million Colombian pesos. In addition, the board may decide not to assign any grants or to open a new call. Results will be announced in writing to the author(s) of the winning project(s) and to all other participants.
