Chile's National Council for Culture and the Arts, under its Cultural Endowment program, is calling for submissions to FONDART 2014.
The competition is intended to provide complete or partial financing for projects that contribute to better and increased professional and technical capacities as well as work-related skills for creators, artists, and mediators in artistic disciplines and cultural fields contemplated in the National Fund for the Development of Culture and the Arts.
Submissions will be received through September 9, 2013.
The call is open to natural persons or legal entities fulfilling the following conditions:
-Legal entities:
Chilean, public or private, for profit or non-for profit. De facto associations are expressly excluded.
-Natural Persons:
18 years or older.
Chilean nationality, or foreigners with identity documents provided by the Chilean Civil Register and Identification Service.
FONDART 2014 will distribute $375,000,000 (three hundred and seventy five million Chilean pesos) for the complete or partial financing of chosen projects.
-Fellowships and Internships: $300,000,000 (three hundred million Chilean pesos)
-Training Activities: $75,000,000 (seventy five million pesos)
