This call is open to artists and creators, as well as non-governmental organizations and non-profit public and private institutions whose activities contribute to the promotion of culture and artistic creation.
Participants must submit a project that conforms to the operational guidelines of the International Found for the Promotion of Culture (IFPC). The project will be evaluated and, if selected, will be approved for funding.
Priority is given to Young artists and creators between the ages of 18 and 30 years old and only a limited number of projects will be approved for funding.
The application must be completed online. All applications must be completed in English or French. Only one (1) application per applicant/project holder will be considered. Changes to the application will not be possible once it has been submitted. The final selection of projects will take place in February 2016. Only the candidates selected will be notified no later than two weeks following the date of the selection. The deadline to submit all proposals is 29 May 2015 at noon CEST–Paris, France time.
Applications that, for technical issues or problems of any other nature, are not entered within the deadline will not be accepted.
