The Montemadrid Foundation is calling all artists, ages 18 to 35, who are citizens or residents of Spain, to present an unpublished work in any artistic or visual genre. Interested participants must complete an application via the call's web page.* Additionally, they must complete a form and attach the following documentation: a CV and DNI or resident's card in pdf format, a summary of the project (up to 1500 characters, spaces included), along with graphic materials for any portion of the artistic or visual project already produced, or any kind of drawing, schematic or illustration if it is not, as requested in the Web application. The Foundation will accept any type of visual work, regardless of artistic or technical specifications. For unfinished works, the deadline for final production is December 2016. Finished works must have been produced no earlier than 2015 and must not have been shown at any point before the exhibition's opening date. The deadline for submissions is April 4th, 2016 at 12 m (gtm+1), inclusive. Recipients of awards in previous editions of the event cannot submit new works to Generation 2017. Works selected for exhibition will be granted funding for 10,000 Euros each, subject to tax retention. Up to 10 projects will be selected. The selection jury, however, may declare the award null and void, in full or in part, in consideration of the quality of the works submitted. The final selection will be the basis of an exhibition featuring the 10 winning projects of Generation 2017, to be held in February, 2017 at La Casa Encendida. *For the complete requirements and rules, and for the submission form, visit
