Starting in September and through the remainder of the year, the ARS TERO/éTica Foundation will put its activities in recess, with the purpose of carrying out an internal administrative reorganization intended to ensure the long-term sustainability of the original project. The decision was prompted by a commitment to maintain, reinforce, and develop TEOR/éTica after the death of its founder, Virginia Pérez-Ratton, in October 2010. Since then, the Board of Directors assumed a more active role in the management of the project. The recess will not cancel previously established national and international commitments.
