Change of Date The 23rd Edition of the Ibero-American Art Fair in Caracas

The Ibero-American Art Fair in Caracas fia2014 will be held from September 25 through September 29 at the Tamanaco Intercontinental Hotel. This year, the Fair will pay tribute to the invaluable trajectory and cultural advocacy of Sofía Amber throughout her life. Like in past editions of the event, the fia2014 will present a program of activities that will include artistic projects and parallel events that on this opportunity will include the Salón Jóvenes with FIA/ XVII Edición, in an event that will be presented on September at the spaces in Ciudad Banesco—curated by Ruth Auerbach; and Salón de Jóvenes 2.0/ III Edición, an open platform for the participation of young Latin American artists, under the curatorship of María Luz Cárdenas and in a strategic alliance with Decodivo. Fia2014 will offer an inaugural ceremony in benefit of Las Damas Salesianas on September 25 at 7:00 pm at the Tamanaco Intercontinental Hotel in Las Mercedes, Caracas, where it will remain open to the public until September 29 during the Fiesta de las Artes (Celebration of the Arts).
