BorderBody – Mixing Futures

The international festival of photography, video art and performance, BorderBody – Mixing Futures, will be presented at the Palazzo Barone Ferrara in Bari, Italy, from April 17 through April 28, 2014. BorderBody is conceived as a series of exhibitions presented in several places around the world. Mixing Futures represents the last chapter of this 3-event series. It explores futuristic visions of a society (ours) undergoing a process of continuous evolution and cultural hybridization. More than 30 artists from around the world were selected to participate in the exhibition. The festival will offer a special section centered on contemporary Argentinean art with a selection of video-artists that will be curated by Laura Haber. Serbian artist Marko Stamatovic is among the invited artists that will participate with his photographic work. Stamatovic is founder of FOTORAMA International, one of the most important Easter European photography festivals.
