The Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía opens its call for research, management, and education grants in the subjects and activities that fall within the disciplines fostered by this organism in 2017. The call offers a total of thirteen grants aimed at different objectives, including the research of the collection of the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía and of national and international contemporary art for the organization of temporary exhibitions. The call also offers training on the management of public programs, the organization of temporary exhibitions, the development of supporting tasks, the protection, conservation and restoration of works of art; as well as training on documentation and library science techniques, or the management of editorial activities. Candidates applying for any of these grants must meet the following requirements: Have a degree that corresponds to the grant applied for. Applicants from places where Spanish is not the official language must offer proof of their written and spoken proficiency in the Spanish language. Candidates must meet the specific requirements for the profile indicated by each of the types of grants. The grants have a duration of two months each. March 20, 2017, marks the end of the period.
