Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1959, she began exhibiting in 1982. In addition to several shows throughout Brazil, including the Museum of Contemporary Art, she has shown in Argentina and has her first exposure to the U.S. with the Pan American Art Gallery. Her images are of people that she sees on the streets of her native Sao Paulo.
