From September 1st to 15th inscriptions are open to participate in the meeting that opens the Casa Cuadrada Gallery to participate in the 4th National Salon of Art and Diversity. This year the conceptual framework is equality + difference, of free theme and technique. Those who may participate are plastic artists, graphic and industrial designers and art students from the country, above 18 years of age, who may inscribe a maximum of three unedited works that have not participated in another salon, biennial or competition. The participants should present the inscription form, a conceptual synthesis, two 35mm slides and a photograph of each work. Works of drawing, print, photography, video sculpture, digital art, installation, electronic art, comic, performance, appropriations and utility objects will be accepted. The results of the selected works will be published in the gallery from September 19th; the gallery will give 5 million pesos to the first place, and will select 5 mentions of honor. The 4th Salon of Art Diversity 2005 will inaugurate on September 29th in the seat of the gallery and will be accompanied by a catalogue that will include the winning work, the mentions of honor and the other selected works.
