The arteBA Foundation has grown, widening its field of action for the development and diffusion of Argentinean art and the Feria de Arte Contemporáneo. To fulfill his MANDATO of two years as president of the Council of Administration of arteBA Foundation, Andrés von Buch Hill will continue collaborating actively from the Consultative Council. The Council of Administration unanimously designated Mauro Herlitzka as president of the Foundation, given that he shares the mystic and the social commitment that characterizes this labor. Mauro Herlitska, businessman and collector of modern and contemporary art, is member of different Argentinean and international institutions: Founding President of Fundación Espigas, Second Vicepresident of the Asociación Amigos del Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, President de FIAAR (Fondo para la Investigación del Arte Argentino), member of the International Council of MOMA de New York, and member of the Council of the Frick Collection of New York. He is the assiduous guest and participator of international fairs such as ARCO, Art Basel Miami, Maastricht, Florence, etc; exhibitions such as the Sao Paulo Biennial, and the Venice Biennial. Herlitzka joins arteBA Foundation, bringing his knowledge, dynamic and creativity, to continue with the existing projects and to develop future projects.
