The Parisian Galerie Agnès Monplaisir opened a new space at the Lara Hotel, in the Brazilian city of Fortaleza, to showcase works by artists like Olga de Amaral, Daniel Hourdè and Luri Sarmento. For some time now, the gallery has been introducing itself in the Brazilian art scene through participations in art fairs like Art Rio. The gallery represents artists from Brazil and other Latin American countries like Colombian Olga de Amaral.
The exhibition "Legends and Appearances", by Daniel Hourdé, organized by the gallery just opened at Fortaleza University (UNIFOR). The show gathers bronze sculptures, drawings and installation. The gallery is located at Rua Morro dos Patos, Prainha, Aquiraz, Ceará, Brazil
