Keep Walking Project Photo announces the first edition of FOTOACTITUD, a photographic competition organized by NOTODO.COM, an online project developed by LA FÁBRICA, in collaboration with ARCO. The call is open to amateur and professional photographers over the age of 18. The projects must be individual and participants must be residents of Spain¿organizers reserve the right to ask participants for proof of residence. Although participants may choose any subject matter, it must, however, be connected in some manner to the idea of challenge. The prestigious jury panel will include ARCO Director Carlos Urroz; prominent photographers Chema Mados and Eugenio Recuenco; Oliva María Rubio, Curator and Exhibitions Director at La Fábrica; and Pedro Anón, Relationship Marketing Manager at DIAGEO España. The jury will select the works that best reflect the philosophy of the Keep Walking Project. The deadline to submit works for this first edition of the FOTOACTITUD competition is November 17, 2010, before 12:00 PM. There is no admission fee to enter the competition. www.notodo.com/keepwalkingprojectphoto where participants can also find the competition's application form. There is no limit to the number of proposals that each user may enter in the competition. Each proposal must include at least three color and/or black-and- white photographs. The images must comply with the format and size specified in the application form. Keep Walking Project Photo will award the following to each of the four winners of the FOTOACTITUD competition: a paid official photographer position during ARCOmadrid 2011, and the right to exhibit the images created during this fair in the 2012 edition of the event.
