Born in Manati Puerto Rico in 1948. Studies at the Escuela de Artes Plasticas del Instituto de Cultura de Puerto Rico.Participated at The International Biennal in Florence Italy during the 2000. His most recent work is a mural named "Horizontes" at the lobby of The Museum of Contemporary Art in San Juan, Puerto Rico
