Now open to artists of any nationality, the call ARTErra 2013 Residencies for Artists in Portugal will accept applications until September 15, 2013.
Located in a small rural town in Portugal, the residency is structured with several interdisciplinary working areas and tools, resources and associations that offer artists exceptional conditions to develop and meet the expectations of the accepted works and projects.
Besides having a house with several recreational areas and facilities, ARTErra also offers a "recreational patio" that contains the working areas—sound studio and sound booth, art studios, "white cube" and "black cube" exhibition rooms, and glass and atelier rooms—surrounded by a garden, a small vegetable garden, an orchidarium and a barnyard.
