The book entitled Islas Infinitas, Arte, Cultura, Globalización (Infinite Islands. Art, Culture, Globalization), a group of fifteen theoretic essays by Cuban art critic and curator Gerardo Mosquera, has been published in Chinese, in the city of Beijing by BeePub Publishing.
The color-illustrated 218-page volume includes a foreword by Jean Fisher and is part of the series—historic in China—of international texts centered on contemporary art theory launched by that editorial, which includes works by authors like Hans Belting, Nicolas Bourriaud and Jacques Rancière. The publication represents an unprecedented event among Spanish speaking authors working in that field.
